摘  要:为控制生产中瓦特镍镀层的内应力,利用条形阴极法测试了镀液的润湿剂、辅助剂和光亮剂等对镍镀层内应力的影响。结果表明,镀镍溶液在温度为48~50℃,pH为4.2~4.6时,次级光亮剂表现为拉应力,初级光亮剂和润湿剂表现为压应力;当三者的添加比例为初级光亮剂∶次级光亮剂∶润湿剂=1∶1∶0.8时,镀层的内应力最小。In order to control the internal stress of watt nickel coating in production,the influence of wetting agent,primary brightener and secondary brightener on the internal stress of watt nickel coating was tested by strip cathode method.The results show that when the temperature of nickel plating solution is 48~50℃and the pH was 4.2~4.6,the secondary brightener shows tensile stress,the primary brightener and the wetting agent show compressive stress.When the addition ratio of primary brightener:secondary brightener:wetting agent is 1:1:0.8,the internal stress of the coating is minimal.
