摘　　要：在石油化工项目中,氢气是重要的原料。但是氢气本身具有较强的危险性,操作过程出现稍许纰漏都会发生爆炸事件。由于氢气在石油炼化中的不可替代性,使得氢气在石油化工项目中发挥着重要的作用。为了保证石油化工项目中加氢反应的安全进行,在生产过程中,不仅仅着重生产的效率,更重要的是保证生产安全,减少人员伤亡,降低因为意外事故造成的财产损失。文章针对在石油化工项目生产中,尤其是氢气的制取和氢气的使用的安全生产中,预防氢气爆炸的措施。期待在石油化工生产过程中,减少安全事故的发生,最大程度上保障人员生命安全和企业的财产安全。Hydrogen is an important raw material in petrochemical projects.However,hydrogen itself has a strong risk.If there are some mistakes in the operation process,explosion will occur.Hydrogen plays an important role in petrochemical projects due to its irreplaceable role in petroleum refining.In order to ensure the safety of hydrogenation reaction in petrochemical projects,in the production process,not only focus on the production efficiency,but also ensure the production safety,reduce casualties and property losses caused by accidents.This article aims at the measures to prevent hydrogen explosion in the production of petrochemical projects,especially in the safe production of hydrogen production and hydrogen use.It is expected that in the petrochemical production process,the occurrence of safety accidents will be reduced,and the life safety of personnel and property safety of enterprises will be guaranteed to the greatest extent.
