化工车间安全标准化管理体系研究

摘　　要：安全管理一直是化工企业关注的重点,而车间安全管理则是化工企业安全管理的重中之重。做好化工车间的安全管理的前提是建立安全标准化管理体系,帮助各小组、各岗位、各员工明确自身安全管理责任。文章基于近年来化工企业事故情况,从四个方面对化工车间安全管理存在的问题进行分析,对化工车间安全标准化管理体系框架和具体内容进行详细分析,并提出了采用立体化管理指标的建议。Safety management has always been the focus of chemical enterprises,and workshop safety management is the top priority of safety management in chemical enterprises.The premise of safety management in chemical workshop is to establish a standardized safety management system and help each group,each post and each employee to clarify their own safety management responsibilities.Based on the accident situation of chemical enterprises in recent years,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of chemical workshop from four aspects,analyzes the framework and specific contents of the safety standardization management system of chemical workshop in detail,and puts forward suggestions on adopting three-dimensional management index.
