摘  要:大型焦炉的产生满足了在使用老式焦炉时期的期望,在加大焦炉容积的同时也使炼焦品质提高,低耗能同时又产生高效率工作,并且合理地利用剩余资源等新特点。新式焦炉炉柱的建设条件在创新的同时也出现了因参考数据过少的窘况,老式数据带来的隐患使新的设计方案不能正常使用,而是运用了计算机进行静态分析的方式来进行解决,以此来确定具体的炉柱所需的刚性,应力等数据,极大地提高了可靠性。The production of large coke ovens met the expectations of the old coke ovens.The increase in the volume of the coke ovens improved the quality of coking,producedhigh efficiency with low energy consumption,and made rational use of remaining resources,etc.With the innovation of the construction conditions of the new coke oven column,the embarrassment of too few reference data has also appeared.The hidden dangers brought by the old data make the new design scheme unable to be used normally.Instead,the static analysis method of the computer is used.The solution is to determine the rigidity,stress and other data required by the specific furnace column,which also greatly improves the reliability.
