摘  要:针对模切刀架的轴承轴向预紧力不合理会导致装配时反复拆卸的问题,对模切刀架上刀辊轴承的轴向预紧力进行了研究。对模切刀架刀辊结构和轴承预紧的优化方法及其不足之处进行了总结;利用上刀辊轴承的配合过盈量与轴向预紧力的关系,分别对最小过盈状态和最大过盈状态下的极限轴向预紧力建立了数学模型;提出了一种基于有限元技术的模切刀架轴承轴向预紧力优化的方法,利用ANSYS Workbench中的六西格玛法对优化后的结果进行了可靠性验证。研究结果表明:当轴承满足极限轴向载荷条件时,实际装配的轴向预紧力保持在9231.89 N~11552.05 N之间,刀辊在最小和最大过盈状态下的最大等效应力与优化前相比分别减小7.2%和5.1%,最大变形分别减小6.9%和5.1%,其轴向预紧力的可靠度提高49%;模切刀架装配时反复拆卸的问题得到改善。Aiming at the problem that die cutter frame was repeatedly disassembled due to unreasonable axial preload of bearing,the axial preload force of cutter roller bearing on die cutter holder was studied.Optimization methods and shortcomings of die cutting tool roll structure and bearing preload were summarized.Mathematical models were respectively established for limiting axial preload under minimum interference condition and maximum interference state by using relation between fit interference volume and axial preload.Based on finite element technique,optimization method of axial preload of die cutter bearing was proposed,and reliability verification was carried out using six Sigma method in ANSYS Workbench.The research results show that when the bearing meets the limit axial load condition,the actual assembly axial preload is maintained between 9231.89 N~11552.05 N.After the optimization,the maximum equivalent stress of the cutter roll in the minimum and maximum interference state is reduced by 7.2%and 5.1%,the maximum deformation in the minimum and maximum interference state is reduced by 6.9%and 5.1%,and the reliability of the axial preload is improved by 49%.The problem of repeated disassembly during assembly of the die-cutting tool holder is improved.
