摘 要:为了筛选出仔猪优势品系杂交组合,试验选取体重为7 kg左右、胎次相同的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪72头,分为4组,其中Ⅰ组为美系杜洛克公猪与美系×美系长大二元母猪杂交组合,Ⅱ组为美系杜洛克公猪与加系×加系长大二元母猪杂交组合,Ⅲ组为美系杜洛克公猪与法系×美系长大二元母猪杂交组合,Ⅳ组为美系杜洛克公猪与法系×加系长大二元母猪杂交组合,试验期为30 d,试验结束当天测定不同品系三元杂交组合仔猪的生长性能及血清生化指标。结果表明:与Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组比较,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组仔猪平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),其中Ⅱ组仔猪的平均日增重最高,料重比最低,效果最好。与Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组比较,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组仔猪血清中总蛋白(TP)含量不同程度升高,白蛋白(ALB)含量显著升高(P<0.05),其中Ⅱ组血清TP、ALB含量最高;Ⅱ组仔猪血清中IgG含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),可见Ⅱ组在蛋白质合成能力与提高免疫力方面具有一定优势。说明仔猪优势品系杂交组合为美系杜洛克公猪与加系×加系长大二元母猪杂交组合。In order to study the superior strain crossbred combination in piglets, 72 Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire crossbred weaned piglets weighing about 7 kg with same parity were selected and divided into 4 treatment groups. group Ⅰ was the crossbred combination of American Duroc boar and American Landrace × American Yorkshire sow, group Ⅱ was the crossbred combination of American Duroc boar and Canadian Landrace × Canadian Yorkshire sow, group Ⅲ was the crossbred combination of American Duroc boar and French Landrace × American Yorkshire sow, group Ⅳ was the crossbred combination of American Duroc and French Landrace × Canadian Yorkshire sow. The growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of piglets of different strains of ternary hybrid combination were measured when the pigs were fed for 30 d. The results showed that the ADG of piglets in Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅳ(P<0.05),and the F/G was significantly lower(P<0.05). The piglets’ ADG in group Ⅱis highest, the F/G is the lowest, the effect is best in all groups. The TP in Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ was higher than that in Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅳ in different degrees,and the ALB content was significantly higher(P<0.05). The TP and ALB in group Ⅱ were the highest, and the IgG content in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05). It can be seen that the group Ⅱ had an advantage in protein synthesis and immunity. The results indicated that the superior strain crossbred combination in piglets was the crossbred combination of American Duroc boar and Canadian Landrace × Canadian Yorkshire sow.
