摘 要:为了提高宜春地区高温季节公猪精液的利用效率,试验在高温季节采用直接上游法、滤过上游法和自制装置上游法从公猪精液中回收高活力精子,对其中最适合方法获得的高活力精子与普通精子进行品质比较,并结合深部输精分析高活力精子与普通精子对母猪繁殖性能的影响。结果表明:滤过上游法分离提取高活力精子的效果最好,并且提取的精子具有再稀释能力;上游处理稀释精液+深部输精方案相比正常稀释精液+深部输精方案和正常稀释精液+常规输精方案能获得更高的产仔率,并且受胎率和分娩率稳定。说明采用精子上游法处理和深部输精技术可提高高温季节公猪精液的利用效率。In order to improve the utilization efficiency of boar semen in high temperature season in Yichun area, high motility sperm was obtained from boar semen by direct upstream method, filtration upstream method and self-made device upstream method in high temperature season. The quality of high-motility sperm obtained by the most suitable method was compared with that of ordinary sperm, and the effect of high-motility sperm and ordinary sperm on reproductive performance of sows was analyzed by combining with deep semen transfusion. The results showed that the filtration upstream method was the best method for the extraction of high-motility sperm and had the ability of re-dilution. The upstream treatment of diluted semen + deep semen transfusion could achieve higher birth rate and keep the pregnancy rate and delivery rate stable compared with the normal treatment of diluted semen + deep semen transfusion and the normal treatment of diluted semen + conventional semen transfusion. The results indicated that the upstream spermatozoa treatment plus deep semen transfusion could improve the semen utilization efficiency of boar in high temperature season.
