摘 要:为了解我国青贮饲料添加剂研究领域在我国核心期刊上的发文趋势,分析该领域的研究现状,选用中国知网数据库中2008-2018年来源类别为SCI来源期刊、EI来源期刊、核心期刊、CSSCI、CSCD上刊登的青贮饲料添加剂相关文献,从发文趋势、所属学科、研究机构、发文期刊、关键词、被引频次等角度进行统计分析。结果表明:2008-2018年青贮饲料添加剂研究领域的发文量呈极显著增长趋势(P<0.01,R^(2)=0.795),期刊刊文量前3名分别为《草地学报》《草业学报》和《草业科学》,发文量分别为65,60,34篇;主要研究学科领域为畜牧学、作物学、草学等;发文量前3名的研究机构分别为中国农业大学、中国农业科学院草原研究所和南京农业大学,发文量分别为98,43,37篇。青贮饲料添加剂研究最多的为微生物制剂乳酸菌、绿汁发酵液,发文量分别为135,22篇;酶制剂中纤维素酶的研究位于第二,发文量为48篇。添加剂研究所选用的青贮对象主要有玉米、苜蓿、稻草等人工种植牧草以及它们之间混贮,其中研究最多的是玉米,发文量为63篇,而对天然牧草青贮的研究较少。高频次被引文献的研究方向侧重于混贮、不同微生物添加剂对青贮饲料品质和有氧稳定性的影响以及青贮中微生物的变化等。说明我国青贮饲料添加剂领域的研究应在基础应用研究上探索更低成本、更高质量、更高安全的青贮饲料的实际生产,以促进我国畜牧业的健康、可持续发展。In order to understand the publishing trend of silage additives research field in core journals in China, and to analyze it’s research status in this field, the silage additive related articles published in SCI source journals, EI source journals, core journals, CSSCI and CSCD from 2008 to 2018 in CNKI database were selected for statistical analysis from the perspectives of publication trend, subject, research institution, publication journal, keywords, and citation frequency. The results showed that the number of articles on silage additives from 2008 to 2018 increased significantly(P<0.01, R^(2)=0.795) from 2008 to 2018, and the top three publications were Acta Agrestia Sinica, Acta Prataculturae Sinica and Pratacultural Science, with 65, 60 and 34 articles respectively. The main research subjects filed were animal husbandry, crop science, grass science, etc. The top three of research institutions were China Agricultural University, Institute of Grassland and Research of CAAS, NanJing Agricultural University, with 98, 43 and 37 articles respectively. The most studied silage additives were microbial preparation lactic acid bacteria and green juice fermentation liquor, with 135 and 22 articles published respectively, and the research on enzyme preparation cellulase was the second, with 48 articles published. The silage targets selected in additive research mainly include corn, alfalfa, straw and other artificially planted pastures and their mixed storage. And corn was the most studied with 63 articles published, while the silage research on natural pastures is less. The research direction of frequently cited literature focused on mixed storage, the effects of different microbial additives on silage quality and aerobic stability, and the changes of microorganisms in silage. The results indicated that the research in the field of silage additives in China should explore the actual production of silage with lower cost, higher quality and higher safety on the basis of applied research, so as to promote the healthy
