“一带一路”背景下四川与中亚产业合作的路径研究——以装备制造业为例

摘　　要：四川是北方丝绸之路和南方丝绸之路的交汇点,在“一带一路”建设中占有重要地位;中亚地区是陆上丝绸之路的核心区域。如何发展与中亚地区的外贸关系,对于四川构建新的对外开放格局意义重大。以四川装备制造业为例,回顾四川与中亚经贸发展的历史,分析双方经贸合作的前景和存在的问题,并进一步探讨四川与中亚地区装备制造业合作的路径。Sichuan province is the intersection land of the northen silk road and southen silk road。It played an important role in the strategy of“The Belt and Road”.Central Asia is the core area of the silk road.Under the background of supply-side structural reform,how to develop trade relationship with central Asia region in Sichuan province,is of great significance to explore a new pattern of opening to the outside world.In the equipment manufacturing industry in Sichuan as an example,this paper reviewed the history of economic and trade development between sichuan province and the central Asian,while analyzing the bilateral prospect and the existing problems in trade.In the end,the suggestion about how to develop cooperation of equipment manufacturing industry between sichuan and central Asia are proposed.
