基于熵值法和聚类分析法的建筑业高质量发展评价研究——以长三角城市群为例

摘　　要：基于新发展理念,分析了建筑业高质量发展的内涵。从发展规模、发展潜力、社会效益、经济效益、自然环境、生活环境、资源消耗、创新发展8个层面,构建建筑业高质量发展评价指标体系。建立基于熵权法和聚类分析法的建筑业高质量发展综合评价模型。对长三角城市群建筑业高质量发展水平进行综合评价。结果表明,发展规模、创新发展、发展潜力等是影响建筑业高质量发展的主要方面;长三角建筑业高质量发展水平整体偏低,各城市间差距明显,发展水平参差不齐;建筑业高质量发展水平中等的城市发展不均衡、不协调;排名靠后的多数城市农业占比较大,工业和其他产业发展滞后。The high-quality development of the construction industry is of great significance to the development of the national economy.Based on this new development concept,this paper investigates the implications of the high-quality development of the construction industry.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the construction industry from eight aspects including development,development potential,social benefits,economic benefits,natural environment,living environment,resource consumption,innovation and development.A comprehensive evaluation model is established for measuring the high-quality development level of the construction industry based on entropy method and cluster analysis method.Using the statistical data,the paper carries out an empirical study regarding the situation of the high-quality development of the construction industry of the Yangtze River delta city group.The results show that the evaluation model is reasonable,advanced,and objective;The key factors can reflect the effect of the high-quality development of the construction industry effectively.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the research conclusions.
