摘 要:针对我国房屋市政工程生产安全较大事故多犮现状,依据住房和城乡建设部生产安全较大及以上事故安全通报制度,基于2011~2019年间227起通报事故的相关数据,分析事故总体特征、区域特征和类型特征,进一步利用Mann-kendall检验法和R/S分析法对三类多犮事故进行检验分析。结果表明:坍塌和起重伤害为主要事故类型,二者事故起数与死亡人数未来下降趋势均不显著。并针对主要事故类型提出应对措施,为房屋市政工程生产安全工作提供支撑。Given the current situation of the frequent occurrence of major accidents in housing and municipal works in China,this paper analyzes the overall characteristics,regional characteristics,and type characteristics of accidents based on the safety notification system of major and above production safety accidents reported by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the relevant data of 227 notified accidents from 2011 to 2019.The Mann-Kendall test method and R/S analysis method are used to further analyze the three types of multiple accidents.The results show that collapse and lifting injuries are the major types of accidents,whose downward trends are not significant in the future.Finally,the corresponding measures are proposed for the major types of accidents to provide support for the safe production of housing and municipal works.
