摘 要:高速机床导轨防护罩是高速数控机床的重要部件,主要用于防止切屑、冷却液对导轨及传动机构的破坏和腐蚀。由于机床防护罩片主要由钣金件组成,其属于轻质量的薄壁件,很容易在电机或外部环境的激励下产生振动和噪声,因此,对罩片振动特性的研究很有必要。为了得到罩片比较真实的模态参数,采用基于ANSYS Workbench的有限元计算与试验模态分析相结合的研究方法,将计算与试验得到的结果进行对比和分析,得到罩片准确的固有频率与振型、薄弱环节及影响因素,为高速机床导轨防护罩结构设计提供有效的参考依据。The high-speed machine tool’s guide rail guard is an important functional part of high-speed CNC machine tools.It is mainly used to prevent chip and coolant from damaging and corroding both the guide rail and the transmission mechanism.Since the protective cover of the machine tool is mainly composed of sheet metal,it is a light-weight thin-walled part,which is easy to generate vibration and noise under the excitation of the motor or the external environment.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the vibration characteristics of the cover.In order to identify the true modal parameters of the shroud,the finite-element calculation is conducted based on ANSYS Workbench,in combination with the experimental modal analysis.The calculation and experimental results are compared and analyzed to work out the accurate natural frequency,vibration shape,weak link and influencing factors,therefore providing effective reference for structural design of the high-speed machine tool’s guide shield.
