摘 要:偏心双螺杆挤出机是一种新型的聚合物加工设备,其具有结构简单、自洁性较好、混合效率较高等优点。基于混沌动力学理论对偏心双螺杆挤出机二维端面的混沌混合机理进行了有限元分析,利用庞加莱截面和粒子追踪技术,通过粒子可视化,研究了不同偏心距情况下,偏心双螺杆挤出机流场内的混沌混合机理。研究结果表明,偏心距越大,混合效果越好,流体粒子经历拉伸和折叠的程度越大。流体粒子的随机运动,有利于分布混合和分散混合。通过对比平均对数拉伸曲线可知,当偏心距为4 mm时,偏心双螺杆挤出机的混合能力相对较强。Eccentric twin-screws extruder is a new type of equipment used for polymer processing,which has the advantages of simple structure,good self-cleaning and high mixing efficiency.Based on the chaos dynamics theory,the chaos mixing mechanism of two-dimensional end face of eccentric twin-screws extruder was analyzed by finite element method.With the help of Poincarécross-section and particle tracking technology,the chaotic mixing mechanism in the flow field of eccentric twin-screws extruder with different eccentricities was studied by particle visualization.The results showed that the greater the eccentricity was,the better the mixing effect was,and the greater the degree of stretch and fold of the fluid particles.The random motion of fluid particles was conducive to distributed mixing and dispersed mixing.Through the comparison of the average logarithmic stretching and the time average mixing efficiency curve,it was verified that the mixing capacity of the eccentric twin-screws extruder with the eccentricity of 4 mm was relatively strong.
