摘 要:通过熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯/石墨烯(PP/GP)纳米复合材料,以表面具有多层次(微/亚微/纳米结构)的阳极氧化铝作为模板,采用热压印成型PP/GP(91/9)表面多层次微/亚微/纳米结构。研究表明,制备的PP/GP样品表面呈现类荷叶表面鳞次栉比的微乳突结构,且该结构上分布的纳米结构,所构成的多层次微/亚微/纳米尺度的粗糙度可以有效提高PP/GP样品表面捕获空气的能力。由于在多层次微纳结构之间困气所形成的气垫减少了水滴与表面之间的实际接触面积,因此,当测试液滴为10μL时,PP/GP微纳结构表面仍具有大于150°的接触角和小于0.5°的滚转角,并且,在3626 Pa的静水压力下,能够至少保持30 min不被浸润,这表明PP/GP微纳结构表面具有极端低粘附超疏水特性和较强的润湿稳定性。Polypropylene/graphene(PP/GP)nanocomposite were prepared by melt blending.Using anodic aluminum oxide film with hierarchical micro-/submicro-/nanostructures on the surface as a template,the micro-/submicro-/nanostructured PP/GP(91/9)surfaces were fabricated by the micro-hot-embossing technology.The results showed that the micro-/submicro-/nanostructured PP/GP surface had micro-papillae scattered with nano-papillae on top,which was similar to that on the lotus leaf.The actual contact area between the water droplets and the PP/GP surface was reduced by the air cushion formed by the trapped air between the hierarchical structures,and so the micro-/submicro-/nanostructured PP/GP surface had water contact angles larger than 150°and relatively smaller than roll-off angle of 0.5°,and could work under a hydrostatic pressure of 3626 Pa for at least 30 min.It meant that the PP/GP surface exhibited extremely low adhesion and superhydrophobic characteristics,and had strong wetting stability.
