摘 要:聚苯硫醚(PPS)是一种具有耐腐蚀、耐高温性能的半结晶热塑性聚合物,可被用作特种工程塑料。纯PPS通常具有质脆、易氧化的特性,不能直接使用,而纳米有机Si能够提高和改善聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合材料的力学性能和热力学性能。将纳米有机Si与聚苯硫醚(PPS)通过熔融共混挤出制得复合材料,利用SEM、DSC和力学检测等方法对PPS改性前后的结构和性能进行了表征。断面SEM结果表明,纳米有机Si在PPS基体中具有较好的分散性和相容性。力学测试结果表明,在一定范围内,纳米有机Si能够提高PPS复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度。DSC结果表明,纳米有机Si能够增强PPS复合材料结晶成核能力,提高复合材料的结晶度。Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer with corrosion and high temperature resistance,which can be used as a special engineering plastic.The disadvantages of brittleness and easy oxidation often existed in pure PPS,it cannot be used directly.Mechanical and thermal properties of PPS composite can be improved by organic-silicon nanomaterials.Composite of PPS reinforced with organic-silicon nanomaterials were prepared by compression molding,the structure and properties of pure and composite PPS were characterized by XRD,SEM,DSC and mechanical test.The cross-section SEM results showed that nano-materials could be well dispersed in PPS matrix and compatible with it,thus improving the toughness of the composite.Mechanical test results showed that nano-materials could improve the tensile strength of PPS.DSC results showed that nano-materials could improve the crystallinity of the composite,enhance the crystallization nucleation ability of the composite and increase the number of grains.
