摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂复配,对高岭土表面进行改性,将复配偶联剂改性的高岭土与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)熔融共混,制备了LDPE/改性高岭土复合材料,研究了复配改性高岭土含量对其力学性能、热力学性能、电性能及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,随着复配偶联剂改性高岭土含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度基本保持不变,当复配偶联剂改性高岭土含量为5%时,其断裂伸长率达到最大值,复配偶联剂改性的高岭土在LDPE基体中分散均匀,高岭土的层状结构能够抑制LDPE分子链段的运动。随着复配偶联剂改性高岭土含量的增加,复合材料的刚性和耐热性均明显增强,复合材料的体积电阻率呈先增加后减小的趋势,当复配偶联剂改性高岭土含量为20%时,体积电阻率达到最大值。The modified kaolin was obtained with titanate coupling agent and silane coupling agent compounding surface modification.Then the low density polyethylene(LDPE)/modified kaolin composite was prepared with LDPE and modified kaolin using melt mixing.The modified kaolin contents effect on the mechanical properties,thermodynamic properties,electrical properties and microstructure of the as-prepared composite were explored.The results showed that the tensile strength of the as-prepared composite had not much change when the modified kaolin content increased.The elongation at break of the as-prepared composite achieved the maximum value when the modified kaolin content was 5%.The modified kaolin showed good dispersion in the LDPE matrix.The lamellar modified kaolin could restrict the movement of LDPE chain segment.When the modified kaolin content increased,the rigidity and heat resistance of the as-prepared composite increased,while the volume resistivity of as-prepared composite increased first and then decreased,the maximum value appeared as the modified kaolin content was 20%.
