摘 要:为同时提高半硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC)的阻燃性能和抑烟性能,以磷钨酸和碱式碳酸锌为原料,制备得到磷钨酸锌杂多酸盐(ZPT),是一种阻燃抑烟剂。通过傅里叶红外光谱法及X射线衍射法对合成的产物进行表征,774.58、840.07、956.83、1080.71 cm^(-1)处的吸收峰表明,合成的产物为含有[PW_(12)O_(40)]^(3-)结构的磷钨酸锌杂多酸盐。通过热失重分析、烟密度测试、微型燃烧量热测试等对PVC/ZPT复合材料进行表征。结果表明,当ZPT的含量增加至11份时,PVC/ZPT复合材料与空白样的最终残碳量相比,能提高10.69%,最高烟密度值下降22.02%,热释放速率及总释放热曲线均明显降低。因此,ZPT使半硬质PVC的阻燃性能和抑烟性能显著提高。In order to simultaneously improved the flame retardancy and smoke suppression of semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride(PVC),phosphotungstic acid and basic zinc carbonate were used as raw materials to synthesize zinc phosphotungstate heteropoly acid(ZPT),which was used as flame retardant smoke suppressant.Characterized by infrared and X-ray diffraction,and suggested by the absorption peaks of 774.58,840.07,956.83 and 1080.71 cm^(-1),the synthesized product was a zinc phosphotungstate heteropoly acid salt containing[PW_(12)O_(40)]^(3-)structure.PVC/ZPT was also characterized by thermal weight loss analysis,smoke density test,micro-combustion calorimetry test,etc.All the results showed that the final residual carbon content could be increased by 10.69%compared to blank composite,the highest smoke density value decreased by 22.02%,the heat release rate and the total heat release curve were reduced,when the ZPT content increases to 11 phr in PVC/ZPT.Therefore,the conclusion was that the increase of ZPT improved the flame retardancy and smoke suppression of semi-rigid PVC.
