摘  要:设计了一种两板式用于塑件的成型,模具分2次打开,布局为一模二腔,采用潜伏式浇口进行浇注。在模具中,设计了一种复合式哈弗滑块机构用于塑件的脱模,哈弗滑块安装于定模板内。单腔中哈弗机构主体由前、后2个哈弗滑块构成,并且由弹簧驱动。在前哈弗滑块内,设置了2套斜顶子机构,斜顶子机构通过前哈弗滑块的侧抽芯移动,用于驱动2个对称斜顶靠拢实施抽芯;在左哈弗滑块底部,加装驱动弯销,用于驱动内壁倒扣滑块的内收抽芯。使用时,机构可以起到3个作用:(1)完成塑件侧壁的脱模;(2)驱动斜顶子机构完成侧壁倒扣的脱模;(3)驱动内壁倒扣特征的成型滑块实施倒扣的内抽芯脱模。A kind of two plate mold was designed for the molding of plastic parts.The mold was opened twice.The layout was one mold with two cavities.The submarine gate was used for gating.In the mold,a compound half-slider mechanism was designed for demoulding the plastic parts,and the half-slider was installed in the fixed-mold-plate.The main body of the mechanism was composed of two sliders that the front one and back one,which were driven by springs.Among them,2 sets of lifter-sub-mechanisms were set in the front half-slider.The lifter-sub-mechanism moved through the side core pulling of the front half-slider and drives a symmetrical lifter-sub-mechanism to close to the core pulling.At the bottom of the back half-slider,a driving bending pin was installed to drive the inner retraction and core pulling of the inner wall undercut slider.In the use,the mechanism played three roles.The first was to complete the demoulding of the side wall of the plastic part.The second was to drive the slant top mechanism on it to complete the demoulding of the side wall undercut.The third was to drive the forming slider of the inner wall undercut feature to implement the inner core pulling demoulding of the reverse buckle.
