摘  要:脂肪族聚酮(POK)是乙烯和一氧化碳的交替共聚物,具有优异的力学强度、阻隔性、耐磨性等优势,可用于制造纤维、薄膜和注塑制品。POK是一种可降解工程塑料,目前,对其结晶行为的研究仍有限。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了POK的非等温结晶的过程。分别用Ozawa方程和莫志深方法对其非等温结晶的过程进行描述。运用Kissinger方程计算了POK的非等温结晶活化能。研究结果表明,随着结晶温度的升高,POK晶体由倾向于二维的盘状生长转变为三维的球形生长。同时,由于POK的强分子间相互作用,其结晶活化能仅为253.2 k J/mol,低于高密度聚乙烯,冷却过程中的半结晶时间也小于HDPE。POK的快速结晶对加工提出了更高的技术要求。Aliphatic polyketone(POK)is an alternating copolymer of ethylene and carbon monoxide.It has excellent mechanical strength,barrier and wear-resisting properties.It can be used to fabricate the fiber,film and injection products.POK is a new kind of degradable engineering plastics.At present,the research on its crystallization behavior is still limited.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to investigate the non-isothermal crystallization of POK from melt crystallization at different cooling rates.The process of non-isothermal crystallization was described by the Ozawa equation and the Mo method,respectively.The non-isothermal crystallization activation energy was calculated by the Kissinger equation.The results showed that as the crystallization temperature increased,the aliphatic polyketone crystals changed from a two-dimensional disk-like growth to a three-dimensional spherical growth.At the same time,it was found that the aliphatic polyketone has lower activation energy(253.2 k J/mol)and faster crystallization rate than high density polyethylene,due to the strong chains interactions.
