摘 要:研究了共沉淀法、碱液直接法和清洁法等制备方法对改性Mg-Al水滑石的粒径及其作为PVC热稳定剂的性能的影响。研究结果表明,以Mg(OH)_(2)、Al(OH)_(3)、CO_(2)和表面改性剂为原料,采用清洁法制备的改性Mg-Al水滑石,使PVC具有了较好的热稳定性能,其最小粒径可以达到4.511μm,优于碱液直接法的粒径6.262μm及共沉淀法的粒径6.275μm。分析了表面改性剂的种类对清洁法制备改性Mg-Al水滑石性能的影响。分析结果表明,硬脂酸锌的改性效果相对较好。除此以外,还研究了原料的粒径、晶化温度及晶化时间对改性Mg-Al水滑石的影响。在采用最小粒径的原料、晶化温度130℃、晶化时间17 h的优化工艺条件下,制备的改性Mg-Al水滑石基热稳定剂可以使PVC混炼10 min后的初期白度达到88.91,长期动态热稳定时间达到1912 s。Effects of preparation methods on the particle size of modified Mg-Al hydrotalcite and its properties as PVC heat stabilizer were investigated.As shown by the results,the modified Mg-Al hydrotalcite prepared by the clean method with Mg(OH)_(2),Al(OH)_(3),CO_(2) and surface modifier as raw materials had better thermal stability for PVC,and its minimum particle size was 4.511μm,which was better than 6.262μm of the direct alkali method and 6.275μm of the coprecipitation method.The influence of surface modifiers on the properties of Mg-Al hydrotalcite prepared by clean method was discussed.The results showed that zinc stearate performs relatively better modified effect.In addition,effects of the size of raw material,crystallization temperature and crystallization time on the modified Mg-Al hydrotalcite were also investigated.The modified Mg-Al hydrotalcite based heat stabilizer could make the initial whiteness of PVC reached 88.91 and the long-term dynamic heat stability time reached 1912 s after mixing for 10 min under the optimized conditions of the minimum size of raw material,crystallization temperature 130℃and crystallization time 17 h.
