摘 要:基于异烟肼对纳米金-曙红Y体系的荧光增强作用,通过测定加入异烟肼前后体系荧光信号变化与异烟肼含量的关系,建立测定异烟肼的荧光分析方法。并探讨了实验机理,在优化的实验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.02~2.0μg/mL,检出限为9 ng/mL。对异烟肼片中异烟肼含量进行了测定,测定值与标识值没有显著差异,加标回收率在96.0%~103.0%之间。Based on the fluorescence enhancement effect of isoniazid to the gold nanoparticles-eosin Y system,a fluorescence analysis method for the determination of isoniazid was presented.The mechanism of the detection system,and the effect of experimental factors were studied.In the optimized conditions,the linear range of the method was 0.02-2.0μg/mL,with the detection limit of 9 ng/mL.The content of isoniazid in isoniazid tablets was quantitative measured.The results showed that there was no significant difference between measured and identified values,and the recoveries were between 96.0%and 103.0%.
