摘 要:本文直接添加干法脱硫灰到快硬硫铝酸盐水泥中,初步探究了干法脱硫灰对水泥凝结时间和强度的影响规律。结果表明,干法脱硫灰中的氢氧化钙和亚硫酸钙对凝结时间影响较大,氢氧化钙含量过高将导致水泥凝结时间降低,亚硫酸钙含量过高会使水泥凝结时间增加;干法脱硫灰中的氢氧化钙是导致缓凝剂硼酸失效的主要原因,实际应用中应尽可能选择氢氧化钙含量低的干法脱硫灰;添加干法脱硫灰后对水泥强度促进作用明显,水泥3 h、1 d、3 d的抗压强度和抗折强度明显增加。In this paper,dry desulphurization ash was directly added into fast hard sulfoaluminate cement,and the effect of dry desulphurization ash on the setting time and strength of cement was preliminarily explored.The results showed that the calcium hydroxide and calcium sulfite in dry desulphurization ash had great influence on setting time of cement.High content of calcium hydroxide will lead to shorter setting time of cement,w hile high content of calcium sulfite would prolong setting time of cement.The calcium hydroxide in the dry desulfurization ash was the main reason for the failure of boric acid retarder.In practical appication,the dry desulfurization ash with low calcium hydroxide content should be selected priorly.The addition of dry desulphurization ash had obvious promotional efect on cement strength,and the 3h,I d and 3d compressive strength and flexural strength of cement increased significantly.
