摘  要:针对G级油井水泥与外加剂配伍性较差,影响油田固井工程注水泥作业以及固井施工高低压油气层、高渗透层的封固质量问题,通过试验分析,采用天然二水石膏替代工业脱硫石膏作G油井水泥缓凝剂,从水泥粉磨工艺上调整研磨体级配,拓宽油井水泥颗粒粒径分布,生产上控制水泥细度、比表面积等指标,优化后的G油井水泥各项质量指标优于国家标准,采用长庆油田、中石油D港油田不同固井外加剂配伍体系检测方案检测,水泥与外加剂配伍性显著提高,满足油田深井固井工程需求。In view of the poor compatibility between grade G oil well cement and admixture,which afect the cementing operation of oilfield cementing engineering and the sealing quality of high and low pressure reservoir and high permeable layers in cementing construction.Through the experimental analysis,the natural dihydrate gypsum was used to replace industrial desulfurized gypsum as grade G oil well cement retarder,the grinding gradation in cement grinding process was adjusted,the oil well cement particle size distribution was broadened,and production control indexes of cement fineness,specific surface area were improved.The optimized grade G oil well cement quality indexes were all superior to the national standard.In different cementing additive compatibility system inspection plan that uses the Changqing oilfield and China petroleum port D oil field,the compatibility of cement and admixture was improved significantly,which could meet the needs of cementing engineering in deep wells of oil field.
