摘　　要：支原体肺炎的治疗以抗生素治疗为主,药物以大环内酯类为首选。但近年因抗生素大量使用,耐药率不断增长,部分危重患儿获益差,且药物使用后的安全性问题也逐渐显现。而采用祖国传统医学辨证论治具有独特优势,中医药产生的免疫调节、修复和保护上皮细胞、改善微循环等机制可以用于儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗,作为主要的辅助治疗手段,中药治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的应用价值已逐渐显现,并被大量研究证实。但中药在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎中的使用时间尚短,且相关研究也较少,故用药安全性及有效性尚未明确,未来应重点关注药物使用的安全性及改变剂型,以提高患儿的用药依从性。The treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia is mainly using antibiotics,and the first choice of drug is macrolides.However,in recent years,because of the large-scale use of antibiotics in clinical practice,the drug resistance rate has been increasing,some critically ill children have poor benefits,and the safety issues after drug use have gradually emerged.And the use of syndrome differentiation treatment with traditional Chinese medicine has special advantages:the mechanisms of immune regulation,repair and protection of epithelial cells,and improvement of microcirculation produced by traditional Chinese medicine can be used for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children.As the main adjuvant therapy,the application value of Chinese medicine for the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has gradually emerged and has been confirmed by a large number of studies.However,the usage history is still short,and there are few related studies,therefore,the safety and effectiveness of the medication are not clear,and the safety and dosage form changing should be focused on in the future,so as to improve the medication compliance of children.
