摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)作为一种严重的自身免疫性疾病,并发症严重且累及多个器官组织,严重困扰人们的工作生活。目前,SLE的发病机制尚未明确,治疗以传统的激素、免疫抑制剂等西药为主,而西药治疗过程中常出现明显的不良反应。近年来,针对中医药治疗SLE的辨证研究逐渐增多,分型辨证施治、分期辨证施治以及辨证施治联合现代医学的研究逐渐开展。因此,中医理论研究在SLE治疗中具有重要意义,同时也为未来从分子水平、代谢水平、基因多态性角度探索SLE的研究提供基础依据。Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),as a kind of severe autoimmune disease with severe complications and involving multiple organs,seriously affects people′s work and life.At present,the pathogenesis of SLE is still not clear,and the treatment is dominated by traditional hormone and immune inhibitor,and adverse effects often appears during the western medicine treatment.In recent years,the research on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of SLE has gradually increased,and the research on syndrome differentiation by type,by stage and combined with modern medicine has gradually entered the field of medical research.Therefore,the research based on traditional Chinese medicine theory is of great significance in the treatment of SLE,which also provides references for the future research of SLE from the perspective of molecular level,metabolic level and gene polymorphism.
