摘　　要：该文首先论述了国家推进老旧小区改造的多重背景和意义,然后结合重庆地区实际,系统梳理了老旧小区改造的具体内容,并在实地调研基础上,从规模、限制条件、协调性要求、标准体系等方面详细论述了老旧小区改造的项目特点,最后提出了老旧小区改造的潜在机遇和存在问题,认为在政策的支撑下,老旧小区改造市场规模大,且服务链条延伸蕴藏企业转型契机,有较好的发展前景,但同时,在配套的政策机制建设、企业综合咨询服务能力培育、标准体系完善等方面还需进一步加强。Based on a description of the multiple backgrounds and significance for pushing forward work in renovation of old urban residential areas,this paper systematically analyzed the renovation content based on the reality condition of Chongqing.Meanwhile,this paper through field research,to expound the features of the old communities renovation project from the aspects like scale,restriction conditions,coordination requirements and standard systems.After that,it shows the potential opportunities and problems in the renovation presented.It is believed that under the support of policies,the renovation market of old communities is large,and the extension of the service chain breeds opportunities for enterprise transformation,displaying bright development prospects.But,it calls for further strengthening in terms of the construction of supporting policy mechanisms,the cultivation of enterprises’comprehensive consulting service capacity,the improvement of standard systems,and so forth.
