摘 要:采用数值模拟的方法,利用有限元分析软件Abaqus建立了开洞剪力墙模型。采用ISO-834国际标准火灾升温曲线加载温度,给出材料相关热工参数,定义边界条件,分别考虑剪力墙单侧受火和双侧受火,经过有限元分析后,获得剪力墙温度场分布规律。受火面剪力墙的温度上升呈现先快后慢的趋势,墙肢节点的升温曲线略微滞后于标准升温曲线,但总体变化趋势与升温曲线接近;剪力墙背火面升温较缓,总体温度较低。构件受热120min后,单侧受火时,墙肢内部节点温度差异较大;双侧受火时,墙肢内部节点温度差异较小;墙肢单侧受火情况下中间节点温度为144℃,墙肢双面受火情况下中间节点温度为165℃。因此,与单面受火相比较,剪力墙双面受火会使得剪力墙中心区域温度更高。With the numerical simulation method,the model of shear wall with holes was established by using finite element analysis software Abaqus.According to the loading temperatures in the ISO-834 international standard fire heating curve,the relevant thermal parameters of materials are given,and boundary conditions are defined.Considering the single side and the double sides of the shear wall are fire-hit respectively,the distribution law of the temperature field of shear wall is obtained after the finite element analysis.The temperature of the shear wall on the fire showed a rising trend of first fast and then slow.The temperature rise curve of the wall limb nodes slightly lagged behind the standard temperature rise curve,but the overall change trend was close to it.The temperature of the shear wall's backfire side rises slowly and the overall temperature is low.When the member has been heated for 120min,the temperature difference of internal joints of the wall limb is large when it is subjected to unilateral fire,and it is small when both sides are under fire.The temperature of the intermediate node of the wall limb under unilateral fire was 144℃,and that of the wall limb under double-sided fire was 165℃.Therefore,compared with single side on fire,double sides on fire of shear wall will lead to higher temperatures in the central area of the shear wall.
