摘 要:针对660MW超临界空冷机组供热如何提升经济性、调峰性能、供热能力的问题,本文以660MW超临界空冷机组为例,提出了采用汽轮机单布置低压缸双背压供热方案。采用理论计算和结合现场实际的方法,对该方案中的双背压确定、轴向推力、抽汽排挤等关键问题进行系统性的理论分析。结果表明,采用双背压供热方式,发电和供热具有灵活性和安全可控,机组发电煤耗下降至少6.8g/kWh、机组供热能力提升约15%、机组调峰能力增加15%,具有推广价值,且提出了双背压供热和两侧高背压供热的有机结合模式。In view of the problem of how to improve the economy,peak regulation performance and heating capacity of the 660 MW supercritical air-cooled unit,this article takes the 660 MW supercritical air-cooled unit as an example and puts forward a double back pressure heating scheme by single low pressure cylinder of steam turbine.By combining theoretical calculation with field practice,the key problems in the scheme,such as the determination of double back pressure,axial thrust,steam extraction and extrusion,are ana⁃lyzed systematically and theoretically.The result shows that when the double back pressure heating mode is adopted,power generation and heating are flexible,safe and controllable,with the power generation coal consumption of the unit reduced by at least 6.8 g/kWh,the heating capacity of the unit increased by about 15%,and the peak regulation capacity of the unit increased by 15%,and thus double back pressure heat⁃ing mode is of popularization value,and an organic combination mode of double back pressure heating and high back pressure heating on both sides is put forward.
