摘 要:某电厂DG520/13.7-Ⅱ1型循环流化床锅炉在高负荷时床温偏高,导致过热器壁温超温时有发生,脱硫效率低、石灰石用量大、排烟温度高、降低了锅炉效率。通过对锅炉落煤管播煤风量和压力的调整,可以有效降低炉膛平均床温,尤其炉膛后墙温度下降明显,提高了锅炉效率,降低了石灰石用量和环保参数超标风险,有效避免受热面壁温超温现象,提高了设备安全运行可靠性,为同类循环流化床锅炉解决类似问题提供借鉴。The high bed temperature at high load of TDG520/13.7-Ⅱ 1 circulating fluidized bed boiler of the power plant causes superheater wall overtemperature from time to time, low desulfurization efficiency with large limestone consumption,and high fume temperature, etc, which reduces boiler efficiency. By adjusting the coal spreading air volume and pressure of the coal dropping pipe in the boiler,the average bed temperature in the boiler can decrease effectively,and in particular,the temperature of boiler back wall decreases obviously,which improves the boiler efficiency,reduces the risk of exceeding criterion in terms of limestone consumption and environmental protection parameters,effectively avoids wall overtemperature of the heating surface,improves safe operation reliability of the equipment,and provides reference for similar circulating fluidized bed boilers to solve similar problems.
