摘  要:火电厂的脱硝工艺主要为选择性催化还原法(SCR法),利用还原剂(NH3)将氮氧化物(NO_x)还原为对大气无害的N_2和H_2O,使用的还原剂液氨是一种高毒性危险品,火电厂的液氨储存量多达到重大危险源标准,事故泄漏情况下易造成人员伤亡及严重的环境危害。本文采用SLAB View软件对某电厂发生液氨泄漏事故后对周围环境的影响进行模拟分析,定量分析其对周边环境所造成的风险大小,对企业的安全管理和监督提供指导与依据,而且可为其他液氨储罐的管理运行提供借鉴。The denitration process in thermal power plants mainly adopts selective catalytic reduction(SCR)method,which uses a reducing agent(NH3)to reduce nitrogen oxide(NO_x)to N_2 and H_2O which are harmless to the atmosphere.Liquid ammonia,the reducing agent used,is a kind of highly toxic hazardous substance.The storage capacity of liquid ammonia in thermal power plants mostly reaches the level of major hazard sources,so the accidental leakage is easy to cause casualties and serious environmental hazards.This article adopts the SLAB View software to conduct simulation analysis on the impact of liquid ammonia leakage accident to the surrounding environment of a power plant,and quantitatively analyzes the risk caused to the surrounding environment,so as to provide guidance and basis for the safety management and supervision of enterprises,and serve as a reference for the management and operation of other liquid ammonia storage tanks.
