摘　　要：目的:观察陇中消肿止痛合剂在皮瓣修复软组织缺损术后的应用效果。方法:将皮瓣修复软组织缺损的患者63例随机分为两组,对照组31例行常规治疗,治疗组32例在对照组治疗的基础上口服陇中消肿止痛合剂,7天为1个疗程。观察两组皮瓣成活率,凝血功能、肿胀消退时间和疼痛评分。结果:两组皮瓣成活率及术后各时点两组患者凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第7天对照组纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)低于治疗组(P<0.05);术后肿胀消退时间和疼痛评分对照组低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:陇中消肿止痛合剂在局部带蒂转位皮瓣治疗软组织缺损中未降低皮瓣的存活率,能促进肿胀消退,有效预防血管危象,缓解疼痛。Objective:To observe the application effects of Longzhong Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture after skin flap repairment of soft tissue defect.Methods:All 63 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group.31 cases of the control group received conventional therapy,32 cases of the treatment group took Longzhong Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture based on the therapy the control group received,seven days were one course.To observe the survival rate of skin flap,coagulation function,swelling fading time and pain scores between both groups.Results:The difference had no statistical meaning in the survival rate of skin flap between both groups,PT and APTT between both groups at different times after the operation(P>0.05);FIB of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group seven days after the operation(P<0.05),the control group was lower than the treatment group in swelling fading time and pain scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Longzhong Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture couldn’t reduce the survival rate of skin flap in the treatment of soft tissue defects with local pedicled transposition flap,it could promote swelling fading,effectively prevent vascular crisis,and relieve pain.
