摘  要:目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统(v2.5)探讨丁甘仁治疗湿热类温病的组方用药规律。方法:收集《丁甘仁临证医集》与《丁甘仁医案续编》中治疗湿热类温病的医案,提取医案中的处方,将数据整理后录入中医传承辅助平台系统(v2.5),建立数据库,分析数据。结果:搜集病案83个,处方100首,药物共计141味,挖掘出高频(频次≥14)药物26味,高频(频次≥20)药物组合32组,演化得到核心组合2个、新处方2首。结论:丁甘仁治疗湿热类温病以脾胃为关键,用药寒温并用,以祛湿为主,清热为辅,兼顾调理气机,注意顾护脾胃,标本兼顾;茯苓、竹茹、半夏、枳实为其治疗核心药物。Objective:To discuss Ding Ganren’s medication rules of treating damp-heat seasonal febrile disease on the foundation of TCMISS v2.5.Methods:Medical cases of treating damp-heat seasonal febrile disease were collected from Ding Ganren Linzheng Yiji and Ding Ganren Yian Xubian,the prescriptions in medical records were extracted,the data were typed into software system after sorting out to establish the database and perform data analysis.Results:All 83 cases were collected,100 prescriptions,involving 141 kinds of herbs,26 kinds of high frequency(frequency greater than 14)herbs,and 32 pairs of high frequency(frequency greater than 20)herbs were unearthed,consequently two core combinations and two new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Ding Ganren attaches importance to spleen and stomach,he uses the drugs of cold and warm nature,which could eliminate the dampness mainly,clear heat as adjunctive therapy,as well as regulate Qi movement,spleen and stomach;Fuling(poria),Zhuru(Bambusae Caulis In Taenins),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)and Zhishi(Aurantii FructusImmaturus)as therapeutic core medicines.
