摘　　要：黄芪桂枝五物汤出自《金匮要略·血痹虚劳病脉证并治第六》,是治疗血痹重症的代表方,具有益气通阳,温通血脉,和营行痹之效。王自立教授基于辨证论治之中医基本原则,认为临床辨证属气虚血滞。营卫不和者皆可以黄芪桂枝五物汤加减化裁治之,并列举了不寐、盗汗、月经后期等医案详加阐述。Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang comes from Jingui Yaolue·Xuebi XulaoBing Maizheng Bingzhi Diliu, and it is the representative prescription of treating severe blood-arthralgia, it could tonify Qi and activate Yang,warm and unblock blood vessels, regulate the nutrients and remove the arthralgia. Professor Wang Zili thinks that the disease should be differentiated as Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern in clinic according to basic principle of TCM, the patients of the disharmony between the nutrients and defensive could be treated with modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang, he lists and illustrates medical cases of insomnia, night sweating and delayed menstruation in details.
