从脾胃虚弱探讨四君子汤加味治疗胃脘痛

摘　　要：胃脘痛为临床常见病,中医认为脾胃虚弱为本病发病原因之一,历代多有医家以此立论并辨治。四君子汤出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,配伍严谨,组方精当,为治疗脾胃虚弱型胃脘痛的基础方剂,故基于脾胃虚弱理论探讨四君子汤加减治疗胃脘痛并举临床验案。Epigastric pain is a common disease in clinic, the deficiency of spleen and stomach is one of the causes in TCM, the doctors in the past dynasties set up the theory and differentiate the disease. Sijunzi Tang comes from Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang, with strict compatibility, and precise prescriptions, and it′s the basic prescription of treating epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency pattern. Modified Sijunzi Tang in the treatment of epigastric pain was discussed based on the theory of deficiency of spleen and stomach, and gave the examples of clinical proven cases.
