滋肾活血汤联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留30例

摘　　要：目的:观察滋肾活血汤联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:选取行宫颈癌根治术后患者62例,其中在治疗期间接受滋肾活血汤联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗的患者30例为观察组;术后给予低频脉冲电刺激治疗者32例为对照组。治疗组于术后第9天同时口服滋肾活血汤联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗,对照组于术后第9天行低频脉冲电刺激治疗。术后14天两组患者拔除留置导尿管,行尿流动力学检查,分别检测残余尿量、最大尿流率、平均尿流率、排尿量和尿流时间。结果:对照组和观察组在年龄分布、病理学类型、临床分期及手术方式方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在最大尿流率、平均尿流率、残余尿、排尿量及排尿时间方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明滋肾活血汤联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗较单纯低频脉冲电刺激治疗对改善宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的作用更为明显。结论:滋肾活血汤联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗可明显降低宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的发生。Objective: To observe clinical effects of Zishen Huoxue Tang and low frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of urinary retention after radical operation of cervical cancer. Methods: A total of 62 patients were chosen, 30 patients who accepted Zishen Huoxue Tang and low frequency pulse electrical stimulation dunhg therapeutic period were chosen as the observation group, 32 patients who were given low frequency pulse electrical stimulation after the operation as the control group. The patients in both groups accepted urodynamic examination after removing indwelling catheter 14 days after the surgery, to detect post-void residual(PVR)maximum flow rate(MFR), average urinary flow rate(AFR), voided volume, VV and urine flow time(FT)respectively. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in the distribution of ages, pathological types,clinical stages and surgical modes between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05);while the difference was statistically significant in MFR, AFR, PVR, VV, FT between both groups(P<0.05), which demonstrated that the effects of the combination therapy were more notable compared with single low frequency pulse electrical stimulation in improving urinary retention after radical operation of cervical cancer. Conclusion:Zishen Huoxue Tang and low frequency pulse electrical stimulation could notably reduce the incidence of urinary retention after radical operation of cervical cancer.
