摘  要:在计划检修体制下,火电机组检修存在重要金属部件检验针对性不强、检验部位分布不科学等检验资源配置不合理问题。为改善此类问题,设计并实现一个重要金属部件检修策略优化系统。系统结合专家经验知识建立风险评估模型,将风险和寿命评估细化到部件具体部位,给出机组重要金属部件风险状况和寿命评估结果,并根据评估结果给出适当的检验检修及技改等策略,从检验计划安排、部件更换建议、机组运行建议及部件风险可视化等方面对电厂检修策略进行优化,从而为电厂人员检修计划安排提供科学依据。Under the planned maintenance strategy,there are some unreasonable problems in the inspection resources allocation,such as the inspection of important metal parts is not targeted,the distribution of inspection parts is not scientific,etc.In order to im⁃prove these problems,an important metal components management system is designed.Based on the past application of life manage⁃ment system software and combined with expert experience knowledge,the system establishes the risk assessment model and makes the risk and life assessment specified to the parts.The system also provides the risk status and life assessment results of the important metal parts of the unit.According to the results of risk and life assessment,the system gives appropriate inspection and maintenance and technical transformation strategies,and optimizes the maintenance strategies of power plant from the aspects of inspection plan ar⁃rangement,component replacement suggestions,unit operation suggestions and component risk visualization.The application of this system can provide scientific basis for the arrangement of power plant maintenance personnel plan.
