高压天然气条件下标准喷嘴实流标定研究

摘  要:本文为了验证标准喷嘴在高压天然气条件下的性能,选取两只不同口径标准喷嘴开展不同压力条件下的实流标定测试。利用国家石油天然气大流量计量站广州分站工作标准装置开展测试。实验结果表明,在3个不同压力点下,标准喷嘴测试结果一致性较好,且每个压力点下的测试结果均符合GB/T 18603中A级计量系统要求,同时对DN200口径标准喷嘴进行不确定度评定,评定结果同样满足GB/T 18603中A级计量系统要求。标准喷嘴在高压天然气条件下表现良好。In order to verify the performance of standard nozzles under the condition of high pressure natural gas,two standard nozzles with different diameters were selected to carry out the real flow calibration test under different pressure conditions.The work standard device of Guangzhou branch of National Petroleum and Natural gas mass flow metering station was used to carry out the test.The experimental results show that the test results of standard nozzles at three different pressure points are consistent,and the test results at each pressure point meet the requirements of GB/T 18603 class A metering system.Meanwhile,the uncertainty evaluation of DN200 caliber standard nozzles was conducted,and the evaluation results also meet the requirements of GB/T 18603 class A metering system.Standard nozzles perform well under high pressure natural gas.
