摘　　要：医院文化是医院的重要战略资源和宝贵精神财富,是现代医院管理理论体系的重要组成部分,也是现代医院管理的新趋势和新发展,对医院的长远发展至关重要。本文通过介绍广东省人民医院在应对新冠肺炎疫情中的实践,分析医院文化在其中扮演的角色和发挥作用的路径,并提出后疫情时代医院文化建设的思考。Hospital culture is an important strategic resource and valuable spiritual wealth of a hospital.It is an important part of the modern hospital management theoretical system.It is also a new trend and new development of modern hospital management.It is very important for the long-term development of hospital.This article elaborates on the practice of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital in responding to the COVID-19 epidemic,analyzes the role of hospital culture in fighting the epidemic it,and puts forward some thoughts on the construction of hospital culture in the post-epidemic era.
