摘　　要：在当前大数据时代背景下,互联网医疗、远程医疗等快速发展,为方便群众看病就医、提升医疗服务质量效率和推动互联网与医疗健康深度融合发挥了重要作用,为现代医学的发展带来了前所未有的机遇,但是也为患者隐私权的保护带来了巨大的挑战。本研究通过对大数据和远程医疗背景下患者隐私权保护面临的挑战和加强保护的必要性进行分析,提出国家应积极推进隐私权保护法的立法,医疗机构和医护人员要加强行业自律,患者个人要提高隐私保护的意识等对策,以促进医疗卫生事业健康发展。Against the backdrop of the current big data era,the rapid development of Internet medicine and telemedicine has played an important role in facilitating people’s access to medical services,improving the quality and efficiency of medical services,and promoting the deep integration of the Internet and medical care;it has brought an unprecedented opportunity for the development of modern medicine as well as a huge challenge for the protection of patient’s right of privacy.This study analyzes the challenges and the necessity of strengthening the protection of patients’right to privacy in the context of big data and telemedicine,and proposes that the government should actively promote the legislation of privacy protection law,that medical institutions and medical staff should strengthen self-discipline,and that patients should raise awareness of privacy protection to promote the healthy development of health care.
