摘  要:现代医院管理制度建设的效果与医院管理人员能力和素养紧密相关。结合现代医院管理制度对医院管理人员职业化的新要求,重庆医科大学附属第二医院通过充分发挥党委的主导作用,提升管理人员党性修养,提高政治思想水平;通过构建重点任务多部门协作工作模式,提高沟通合作、集体解决问题及创新思维能力;通过岗位需要针对性开展各类型学习培训,不断提高管理人员职业化核心技能。同时,本文还就完善医院管理人员职业化培养的机制、职业生涯路径设计、探索创新培养模式等提出了建议。The effect of the construction of Modern Hospital Management System is closely related to the ability and accomplishment of hospital administrators.According to the new requirements of the Modern Hospital Management System for the professionalization of hospital management personnel,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University gives full play to the leading role of the Party Committee to improve the party consciousness and self-cultivation of the management personnel,and elevate their political and ideological level;constructs key task multi-sectoral cooperation work model to improve communication and cooperation,collective problem-solving and innovative thinking ability;and carry out various types of targeted training to continuously improve professional management core skills.At the same time,this paper also puts forward suggestions on perfecting the mechanism of professional training of hospital managers,career path design and exploring innovative training mode.
