摘 要:目的探究基于全预约理念的资源优化管理在口腔医院的应用效果。方法通过优化预约容量、引入全预约理念、信息化改造对门诊预约资源进行优化管理,比较患者的预约率、候诊时间及患者的满意度。结果在引入全预约理念对门诊预约资源优化管理后,患者预约率明显升高,缩短患者的候诊时间,患者满意度升高。结论基于全预约理念的预约资源优化管理,实现医疗资源的最大化利用,从而起到改善就诊秩序,提升医疗服务质量的作用。Objective To explore the effect of resource optimization management based on full appointment concept in stomatological hospital.Methods The outpatient booking resources were optimized through optimizing the reservation capacity,introducing the concept of full appointment and information reform.The appointment rate,waiting time and patient satisfaction were compared.Results After applying the full appointment,the rate of reservation increased,patients’waiting time shortened,and the satisfaction rate of patients improved.Conclusion The resource optimization management based on full appointment concept can make the best use of the medical resources in improving the order of medical treatment and in improving the quality of medical services.
