摘　　要：目的探索互联网医院药学服务模式。方法在国家、省、市卫生健康委政策支持下,新冠肺炎疫情期间我院开展了互联网医院药学服务,如线上处方审核、药品配送、药学门诊、微信公众号药学服务、药师随访、患者管理、其他药学服务等。结果互联网医院药学服务是新的药学服务模式,给慢病患者带来真真切切、实实在在的便捷和更好的就诊体验,患者满意度高。结论新冠肺炎疫情特殊时期这种线上药学服务更显得切实可行。Objective To explore the pharmaceutical service mode of Internet hospital.Methods With the policy support of the National,Provincial and Municipal Health Commissions,our hospital carried out the Internet service of hospital pharmacy during the COVID-19 epidemic,which included online prescription audit,drug delivery,pharmaceutical outpatient service,pharmaceutical service on We Chat Official Account,pharmacist follow-up,patient management,and other pharmaceutical services.Results The Internet service of hospital pharmacy is a new mode of pharmaceutical care,which delivers real convenience and better medical experience to patients with chronic diseases,and brings high patient satisfaction.Conclusion This online pharmaceutical service is more feasible during the special period of COVID-19 epidemic.
