床位统筹管理在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中的探讨与实践

摘　　要：目的探讨床位统筹管理在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中的宣传教育与舆论引导实践,为大型综合性医院切实把好住院患者入院关提供管理经验。方法通过合理安排人力、规范管理制度、强化岗前培训、合理规范门诊患者收治、疏通急诊患者收治通道、加强疫情评估与防控宣传教育、正确引导舆论导向、加强就医指导、严格执行病区陪护制度等措施,提高患者疫情防控意识,预防院内交叉感染。结果1月27日—2月29日,院前准备中心预约的1168名患者及安排入院的1075名患者及陪护无1例发现疑似及确诊病例,患者及陪护均能积极地配合医务人员进行各项诊疗活动,严格遵守医院各项疫情防控管理制度。结论住院患者是医院管理中的重要部分,也是疫情防控重点,院前准备中心通过归口全院预约住院患者,进行统一的疫情防控宣传教育与舆论引导,在医院进行新型冠状病毒感染疫情防控与积极应对突发公共卫生安全事件中起到了重要的促进作用。Objective To explore the general management of inpatient beds in fighting COVID-19,and provide managerial experience of admitting inpatients for large comprehensive public hospitals.Methods Through reasonably arranging human resources,standardizing management system,strengthening the pre-service training,reasonably standardizing the treatment of outpatients,facilitating the channel of treating patients and other measures,to improve patients’awareness of disease prevention and control and avoid cross-infection in hospital.Results From Jan.27,2020 to Feb.29,2020,among the 1168 patients with an appointment for admission and 1075 patients arranged for admission,no suspected cases or confirmed cases were reported in pre-hospital preparation center.Patients and their companions can actively cooperate with medical staff in various diagnosis and treatment activities,and strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control management system.Conclusion Inpatients are an important part of hospital management and the key point in fighting COVID-19.Patients admitted to hospital were ordered by reasonable arrangement in pre-hospital preparation center,the publicity education and the guidance of public opinion play an increasingly important role in the prevention of infectious diseases.
