摘　　要：质量管理七项原则是国际质量管理界公认的最基本、最通用的理论基础。文章从质量管理原则的理论依据出发,对图书馆质量管理体系的建设过程中,遵循并应用这七项原则做了深入地探讨和解析,为图书馆构建科学管理体系和提高服务质量提供了理论依据和参考。The seven principles of quality management are the most basic and universal theoretical basis recognized by the international quality management community.Based on the theoretical basis of quality management principles,the article deeply explores and analyzes these seven principles in the construction of library quality management system,and provides a theory basis and reference for libraries to build a scientific management system and improve service quality.
