摘　　要：新媒体时代中国文化环境与精神文明建设面临较大挑战,大学生在网络生活中具备道德自律意识不仅是其避免网络负面影响的必要条件,也是新时代网络文明发展的必然要求。新媒体时代大学生网络道德自律意识有明显不足,其对网络道德自律的必要性、价值和方法等认识有所不足。高校应建立更完善的网络道德自律教育专题内容或课程,建设多主体协同的教育体系,并结合时代特点开展教育创新,才能使大学生更科学合理的使用网络,为大学生个人成长成才助力。In the new media era,the construction of China’s cultural environment and spiritual civilization is facing great challenges.College students’ moral self-discipline awareness in network life is not only the necessary condition to avoid the negative influence of the network,but also an inevitable requirement of the development of network civilization in the new era.In the new media era,college students’ awareness of network moral self-discipline is obviously insufficient,and their understanding of the necessity,value and method of network moral self-discipline is also insufficient.Universities should establish more perfect network moral self-discipline education topic contents or curricula,build a multi-agent collaborative education system,and carry out educational innovation combined with the characteristics of the times,so as to make college students use the network more scientifically and reasonably and effectively help them grow up.
