摘　　要：为提高有杆举升系统的泵效,需要在泵下部位锚定管柱。双向卡瓦液压油管锚在解封时上、下卡瓦不能同步释放,解封不到位,容易造成油井大修作业;常规的单向卡瓦油管锚存在坐封成功率低、自锁效果不理想的问题。对有杆泵管柱进行受力分析,并研制了一种单向卡瓦液压油管锚。该油管锚采用压缩式弹簧,确保卡瓦锚定的可靠性,坐封时可用于有杆泵抽油井锚定管柱,解封时也可以作为管柱泄油的工具,达到锚定管柱与泄油工艺合二为一的效果。该单向卡瓦液压油管锚解决了现有油管锚存在的坐封成功率低、自锁效果不好的问题。In the long period of application,Bi-directional slip hydraulic tubing anchor,two slip can not release synchronously,or the release does not reach the designated position,the workover can be caused easily,the common one-way slip tubing anchor is routinely used in sealing the success rate is low,the self-locking effect is not ideal.One-way slip hydraulic tubing anchor new developed has the advantages of simple structure,convenient use of oil drain.The compressed springs are used to ensure the reliability of slips anchoring,seat sealing can be used for anchoring tubular of sucker rod pump wells,unsealing can also be used for oil drainage tool of string,the anchoring effect and oil drainage technology are combined together,One-way slip hydraulic tubing anchor can overcome the problems of low seat sealing rate and bad self-locking effect.
