摘  要:随钻扩孔工具不仅能显著提高小井眼固井质量,而且解决了深井超深井钻井过程中的缩径难题,从而避免了发生井下事故。在分析研究国内外随钻扩孔工具特点的基础上,研制了一种高效随钻扩孔工具,具有随钻同心扩孔、水力可控、强制收翼、双向扩孔的特点。以井深1000 m为例,进行了刀翼收放的水力学校核。同时,运用有限元对其本体进行了不同转矩工况下的强度校核,当转矩高达40 kN·m时,最大等效应力仅为10.6 MPa,满足设计要求。该工具的研制对国内随钻扩孔的研究具有重要意义。The reaming while drilling tools can not only significantly improve the quality of slim hole cementing,but also solve the problem of diameter reduction during deep and ultra-deep well drilling,thereby avoiding complex downhole accidents.On the basis of analyzing and researching the characteristics of reaming while drilling tools at home and abroad,an efficient reaming while drilling tool was developed,which has the characteristics of concentric reaming while drilling,hydraulic controllable,forced wings,and two-way reaming.Taking a well depth of 1000 m as an example,a hydraulic school verification of the retractable blade was carried out.At the same time,the finite element analysis was used to verify the strength of its body under different torque conditions.When the torque is as high as 40 kN·m,The maximum equivalent effect is only 10.6 MPa,which meets the design requirements.The development of the tool is of great significance to the research of reaming while drilling in China.
