摘　　要：国际经济市场呈现竞争形式多样化和竞争局势动态化,创新是企业稳定发展状态、在国际市场屹立不倒的关键。企业获取市场动态讯息和外部有效资源为企业创新过程提供绵绵不断的动力,企业获取外部有效资源需要借助其他组织的力量,关系资本与其他组织密切关系的重要手段,供应链协同是企业参与供应链合作并与其他企业交互信息和创新资源的有效渠道,企业要想将获取的新资源和新知识吸收转化,必然需要具备高强度的动态能力。因此,出于提升企业创新绩效的目的,文中深入研究关系资本、供应链协同、动态能力和企业创新绩效四者间的联系,根据结构方程检验结果分析供应链协同的中介效应,对动态能力在供应链协同与企业创新绩效之间的调节作用进行回归分析。研究结果表明:关系资本对企业创新绩效的提升起显著的正向影响作用,供应链协同在关系资本和企业创新绩效之间发挥部分中介效应,动态能力在供应链协同和企业创新绩效之间具有显著的调节效应。The international economic market presents diversified forms of competition and dynamic competition situation.Innovation is the key to the stable development of enterprises and their standing in the international market.Enterprises obtain market dynamic information and external effective resources to provide continuous power for the enterprises innovation.Enterprises obtain external effective resources with the help of the strength of other organizations,which is an important means of close relationship between capital and other organizations.Supply chain collaboration is an effective channel for enterprises to participate in supply chain cooperation and interact information and innovation resources with other enterprises.The acquisition of new resources and the absorption and transformation of new knowledge will inevitably require high-intensity dynamic capabilities.Therefore,for the purpose of improving the innovation performance of enterprises,this paper studies the relationship among relational capital,supply chain collaboration,dynamic capability and innovation performance,analyzes the intermediary effect of supply chain collaboration according to the results of structural equation test,and makes regression analysis on the regulating effect of dynamic capability between supply chain collaboration and enterprises innovation performance.The results show that:relationship capital has a significant positive impact on the improvement of innovation performance,supply chain collaboration plays a part of intermediary effect between relationship capital and innovation performance,and dynamic capability has a significant moderating effect between supply chain collaboration and innovation performance.
