院前急救护理路径运用于急性左心衰竭院前急救护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析院前急救护理路径运用于急性左心衰竭院前急救护理中的应用效果。方法选取大连市急救中心2019年5月至2020年6月救治的78例急性左心衰患者作为研究对象,存在不同程度的呼吸困难、大汗淋漓甚至是昏厥情况,符合入组标准,并将患者分为两组,分别为对照组、观察组,每组39例患者,其中对照组采用常规急救护理,观察组在常规护理方法的基础上增加院前急救护理路径,对比治疗有效率、急救效率、心理状态评分等指标。结果经过试验分析来看,观察组显效21例,有效15例,无效3例,治疗有效率92.31%;对照组显效、有效无效例数分别为17例、13例、9例,治疗有效率76.92%,相比之下,观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,观察组急救效率、患者心理状态评分也更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性左心衰竭院前急救护理中应用院前急救护理路径效果较为理想,可进一步提高急救效率。Objective To analyze the application effect of prehospital emergency nursing path in prehospital emergency nursing of acute left heart failure.Methods Seventy-eight patients with acute left heart failure in dalian city emergency center from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They had different degrees of dyspnea,sweating and even syncope,which met the inclusion criteria.The patients were divided into two groups,39 patients in each group,which were the control group and the observation group on the basis of nursing methods,pre hospital emergency nursing path was added,and treatment efficiency,emergency efficiency,psychological status score and other indicators were compared.Results According to the experimental analysis,the observation group was markedly effective in 21 cases,effective in 15 cases,invalid in 3 cases,the treatment effective rate was 92.31%;in the control group,the number of markedly effective and effective invalid cases were 17 cases,13 cases and 9 cases respectively,the treatment effective rate was 76.92%,compared with the treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the emergency efficiency and psychological state score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of prehospital emergency nursing pathway in prehospital emergency nursing of acute left heart failure is ideal,which can further improve the emergency efficiency.
