血管超声检查在预防2型糖尿病患者下肢坏疽中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨和研究血管超声检查在预防2型糖尿病患者下肢坏疽中的意义。方法选择102例2型糖尿病患者下肢坏疽患者为研究样本,随机将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例。对照组患者采取常规基础性检查,对观察组患者实施血管超声检查。对两组患者的股动脉、腘动脉和足背动脉的内径和收缩期峰值流速等指标进行比较,对比两组患者的2型糖尿病下肢病变的检出率,如血管狭窄、硬化斑块和血管硬化等。结果在股动脉、腘动脉和足背动脉的内径和收缩期峰值流速等指标数据方面,观察组的检出情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,对照组的检出率为66.66%,显著低于观察组的96.08%(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病下肢坏疽患者进行彩色多普勒血管超声检查,可有效观察患者的各项指标数据,为疾病预防、诊断和治疗均能提供有效的参考依据,在临床中推广使用的可行性较大。Objective To explore and study the significance of vascular ultrasound examination in the prevention of lower limb gangrene in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods One hundred and two patients with lower limb gangrene of type 2 diabetes were selected as research samples,and all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,51 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine basic examination,and patients in the observation group received color Doppler vascular ultrasound examination.The internal diameter and systolic peak flow velocity of femoral artery,popliteal artery and dorsalis pedis artery of the two groups of patients were compared,and the detection rates of type 2 diabetes lower limb lesions,such as vascular stenosis,sclerotic plaque and angiosclerosis,were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The detection of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group in terms of index data such as internal diameter and systolic peak flow rate of femoral artery,popliteal artery and dorsal foot artery(P<0.05).At the same time,the detection rate of the control group was 66.66%,which was significantly lower than the observation group's 96.08%(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination of lower limb gangrene patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively observe various index data of patients,provide effective reference basis for disease prevention,diagnosis and treatment,and has great feasibility in clinical application.
